Majestic Cotswolds

Day 1: Depart our local area and make our way to The Kings Court Hotel stopping en route for refreshment and comfort stops before arriving at Blenheim Palace the “Birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill”. Here you will have ample time to explore the beautiful grounds and palace “home of the 12th Duke of Marlborough” and his family. After our time here we then make our way to our hotel arriving in time for our evening meal.

Day 2: After breakfast we make our way to the regency town of Cheltenham where you will have free time to explore before boarding our steam train to take a scenic route through the Cotswolds to Broadway known as the most beautiful Cotswold Village. Here we will have free time to explore the village’s beauty before we make our way back to our hotel in time to refresh and enjoy our evening meal.

Day 3: After breakfast we depart our hotel and make our way to the Cotswolds for a beautiful scenic tour taking en route Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold and Bourton-on-the Water. After our tour we then make our way back to the hotel arriving in time to refresh and enjoy our evening meal.

Day 4: After breakfast we make our way to the historic town of Stratford-Upon-Avon where upon arrival we board our boat for a relaxing cruise along the River Avon with an interesting commentary along the way and a chance to have the experience of passing through a working lock that dates back over 200 years. After our cruise we will have ample time to explore the many attractions Stratford-Upon-Avon has to offer before we make our way back to our hotel arriving in time for our evening meal.

Day 5: After breakfast we depart our hotel and make our way to the historic town of Royal Windsor for some free time to explore before continuing our journey back to our local area.
