This time we will be exploring the picturesque scenery of North Wales where we will be visiting the Victorian town of Llandudno and the historic city of Chester as well as being able to relax on a Horse Drawn Barge and enjoy a fantastic round trip steam train journey. Schedule

Day 1: We depart our local area and make our way to The Beaufort Park Hotel in Mold stopping enroute for comfort stops and arriving in time to refresh before your evening meal.

Day 2: After breakfast we depart our hotel and make our way to the Victorian coastal town of Llandudno where we will have ample time to stroll along the promenade, visit the Victorian Pier or take a tram to the summit of the Great Orme. After our time exploring we then make our way to Betws-y-Coed, the gateway to Snowdonia National Park and North Wales most popular inland resort. Here we will have some free time before we return back to our hotel arriving in plenty of time to refresh before our evening meal.

Day 3: After breakfast we depart our hotel and make our way to the historic market town of Mold where we will have ample time to visit the many independent shops for a spot of shopping or purchase a bargain or two in the popular street market. After our morning of shopping we then make our way to the historic city of Chester for some free time to explore the 1000 year old Cathedral or meander around the Medieval shopping rows and enjoy a spot of lunch in the many eateries Chester has to offer. After our time in Chester we make our way back to our hotel arriving in time to refresh before our evening meal.

Day 4: After breakfast and a leisurely morning we depart our hotel and make our way to Llangollen where we will board our chartered horse drawn barge for a relaxing journey along one of Britian’s most beautiful canals before indulging in a delicious cream tea in the traditional tea room at Llangollen Wharf. After our relaxing afternoon we make our way back to our hotel arriving in plenty of time to refresh before our evening meal.

Day 5: After breakfast we depart the Beaufort Park Hotel with fond memories of North Wales and make our way back home stopping enroute for comfort and refreshment stops.
