The warmest of welcomes await you on the English Riviera. From a Steam and Cruise daytrip to a visit to the magnificent Buckfast Abbey – an active Benedictine monastery and some free time exploring the picturesque harbour town of Brixham these 5 days will definitely keep you busy.

Day 1: We depart our local area and make our way to The Livermead Cliff Hotel in Torquay stopping enroute for comfort and refreshment stops before arriving at our hotel in time for our evening meal.
Day 2: After breakfast we depart our hotel and make our way to Paignton to board our Steam train to enjoy some picturesque scenery on our way to Kingswear. Once we arrive in Kingswear we meet our ferry for a short journey to Darmouth to board our boat for a 60 minute cruise before our return journey back to Paignton. Once we arrive back in Paignton we continue our journey back to the hotel arriving in time to refresh before enjoying our evening meal.
Day 3: After breakfast we depart our hotel and make our way to Buckfast Abbey , a living Benedictine Monastery famous for its extraordinary history and tranquil atmosphere where we will have some free time to explore this wonderful Abbey and its stunning grounds before continuing our journey to Brixham, the gateway to the English Riviera. Here we will have plenty of time to explore this beautiful harbour town before boarding The Western Lady for a 30 minute ferry ride back to Torquay. Upon arrival in Torquay we will be met by our coach to return us back to our hotel arriving in plenty of time to refresh before enjoying our evening meal.
Day 4: After breakfast we will have a day of relaxing or ample time to explore the thriving seaside resort of Torquay with its busy harbour, sandy beach and wonderful array of continental style cafes. The choice is yours! After our free time there will be plenty of time to refresh before enjoying our evening meal.
Day 5: After breakfast we sadly say goodbye to the Livermead Hotel with some lovely memories to cherish before we make our way back to our local area stopping enroute for comfort and refreshment stops.
